Trauma (big or small) are experiences we hold in our bodies, affecting the nervous system. This is a private, gentle yoga class grounded in choice. Through gentle yoga, meditation, breathwork, journaling & sound therapy, this trauma-informed class offers space to reclaim and befriend your body, specifically to support healing from post-traumatic stress and the challenges that come with it, such as anxiety, depression, or feeling “stuck.” This class will conclude with 15 minutes of crystal sound bowl healing.
