In this 4-day healing process, Gigi Rock and Melina Fuhrmann will guide you through a journey to completely change your relationship with personal strength, charisma, and your views of yourself as a woman in the world. Calming and beautiful accommodations are included giving you a safe and sacred place to fully immerse yourself in this journey. Reflective journaling and self-care practices will teach you to create your own sacred space to express yourself and become more aware. You’ll receive an anointing from the author and master medicinal aromatherapist, Cynthia Olivera, learn centering breath exercises, release and flow with gentle and trauma-conscious yoga with Dawn Walters, take daily hikes on Mother Earth with sound therapy and meditation, labyrinth meditations, and mystical meditations for calming your mind, heart, and soul, that will ground you in the present. By the end of this journey, you will find your True Authentic Feminine Power and the love and abundance you deserve. Surrender to being one with yourself!

Whether you are looking to let go of your past or start a healing process, our Healing Retreat will help you to find balance and flow holistically in your life. A Healing Retreat may be the solution for energy blockages and held trauma that have resulted in dysfunctional relationships, actions, thoughts, emotions or physical health challenges. It is fundamental to understand the dynamics of your subtle energy body within your multidimensional being.

I am a Medicine woman, grandmother, great-grandmother, crone, sound therapy practitioner, and teacher of desert plant medicines. I facilitate healing through crystal bowl sound therapy, and through ‘hands-on’ teachings. I will help you explore your True Authentic Self, find and connect to your plant medicine, and learn how to work with it. I come from a long line of herbalists (Medicine Women). I have worked with herbs and plant medicine for as long as I can remember. I have a Master’s Degree in Cultural Anthropology and have the honor of working with many indigenous medicine women and men from around the globe. We teach each other about our plant medicine and work with it.
