Conscious Breathing Meditation
Conscious Breathing Meditation involves directing awareness to the breath and consciously working with it to change your subtle energy. By consciously changing the way you breathe, a signal is sent to the brain to adjust the parasympathetic branch of the nervous system, thereby slowing your heart rate, lowering your blood pressure, and improving your digestion. An energy-consciousness guided visualization will be used.

Crystal Bowl Sound Therapy
During this class, Gigi will play a series of Quartz Crystal Bowls for you, enveloping you in a truly magical and transformative sound. Gigi has been working with this healing tool for over 30 years and is incredibly intuitive, knowing precisely what bowls need to be played for each individual in the room.

Are you curious to experience your own subtle energy? Are you interested in accessing your intuition? Do you want to understand the body-mind connection? Practitioners also need healing. We are opening this space and time at Oasis for locals and visitors who work as wellness practitioners supporting others to find time for themselves to recharge in the community of other practitioners.

Sufi Heart Moving Meditation
Combining movement and meditation, this class will bring you out of your head and into your body for a heart opening experience. We will begin with 30 minutes of movement to the Cardinal directions. Then, you will be led – at first seated and then laying down – in a guided conscious breathing meditation to fully integrate the Heart Chakra opening energies of Love, Compassion, Gratitude and Grace accompanied by a Himalayan Singing Bowl.

I am a Medicine woman, grandmother, great-grandmother, crone, sound therapy practitioner, and teacher of desert plant medicines. I facilitate healing through crystal bowl sound therapy, and through ‘hands-on’ teachings. I will help you explore your True Authentic Self, find and connect to your plant medicine, and learn how to work with it. I come from a long line of herbalists (Medicine Women). I have worked with herbs and plant medicine for as long as I can remember. I have a Master’s Degree in Cultural Anthropology and have the honor of working with many indigenous medicine women and men from around the globe. We teach each other about our plant medicine and work with it.
