Reiki Level 1 Certification Training for Self-healing
Learn about self-healing through Reiki – Explore mind, body & spiritual healing through energy – Learn to direct and work with your own life energy
You will be introduced to the art of Reiki, its powerful techniques and several tools that promote healing of the mind, body and spirit and help facilitate stress reduction and relaxation. You will receive individual attention as the workshops take place with 4 up to a maximum of 8 participants. Following the workshop, you will receive daily emails for 21 days to accompany the homework practice, which will help you integrate the teachings and energetic experiences from the weekend workshop. Also included in the workshop is a one-hour Reiki session with Melina following the homework practice period. Link to detailed description.

Crystal Bowl Sound Therapy Certification Class
Learn how to play the frosted crystal singing bowls & become a Certified Sound Therapist (CST) in this 1-day training program with Gigi Rock. She has been playing bowls for over 30 years. In this class, you will learn: The science behind the bowls & how to use the Crystal bowls for healing. Get used to playing with two bowls together & using Intuition & intention to create your sound bath meditation, making the focus on each chakra or point in the body. How to clean the bowls’ energy / physically.

I am a Medicine woman, grandmother, great-grandmother, crone, sound therapy practitioner, and teacher of desert plant medicines. I facilitate healing through crystal bowl sound therapy, and through ‘hands-on’ teachings. I will help you explore your True Authentic Self, find and connect to your plant medicine, and learn how to work with it. I come from a long line of herbalists (Medicine Women). I have worked with herbs and plant medicine for as long as I can remember. I have a Master’s Degree in Cultural Anthropology and have the honor of working with many indigenous medicine women and men from around the globe. We teach each other about our plant medicine and work with it.
